The hardest part of “good documentation” is rarely reading it. The hardest part is writing it — consistently, clearly, and fast enough to keep up with real work.

Some things are simply faster to show than to explain. You can write a long SOP, but when a workflow involves multiple clicks, edge cases, or a “feel” for the UI, people still get stuck.
